Rehabilitation Software and IRF-PAI tools, as well as extracts and interfaces
to Nuance Dictaphone and eDOMA, Served for several years as the sole source of
this support for the entire organization.
This included all product updates and patching and server operating
system maintenance and user support.

Configured and deployed Infor Lawson
Employee Self Service (ESS) and Management Self Service (MSS) application to
over 650 users at Sheltering Arms Hospital.
Wrote and maintained customized ESS/MSS web content for their employee

as SQL DBA and report writer at Sheltering Arms Hospitals and created ad hoc reports
and extracts for users using MS SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio, SSIS
and Business Intelligence. This included
specification gathering, POC models, revisions and end state documentation.

automated, documented and supported SQL data extracts and exchanges with
ancillary and decision support systems.

Collaborated with Performance Food Group Enterprise Data Analysis
team and clients to evaluate data and reporting needs and to make

data warehouse. Gathered and documented user requirements and recommendations, designed and documented logic and data mappings for database and ETL

Using SQL
Server Management Studio, evaluated raw IT Risk
Management data from seven source systems at Altria Group to rank data quality
and suitability for use in creating and supporting electronic asset inventory
lists. Identified, documented and shared data quality issues,
barriers to automation and translation logic with prototypes to implementation
team and communicated summary findings from the data analysis executive
leadership.

Saved Performance Food Group estimated $196,875 by
volunteering and agreeing to design, program and automate 42 customized data
extracts from SysPro ERP system instead of contracting directly with the SysPro
vendor. Extracts were required to integrate newly acquired
company data into data warehouse. Effort included system, data and requirements
analysis and design, SQL and batch programming, extract data validation,
process automation to create, zip and sFTP files to PFG, and requirement and
support documentation from both the SysPro extract and Performance Corporate
Data warehouse perspectives.

Designed
and coded a shell script program to enable the serialization of messages
necessary for historical message upload processing saving $19,000 in custom
query development from the vendor at Care New England.
·
Maintained,
documented and supported Point of Sale, inventory control and billing
applications for the GSM retail market segment of Sprint PCS supporting 425,000
customers in the Washington DC market.
·
Designed
and crafted UNIX/AIX shell scripts and SQL logic to create reports for IBM's
manufacturing inventory management located in East Fishkill, NY.

Maintained
product data and cost data and purchase information for over 60,000 items in
Point of Sale and Inventory Control database for a fourteen store liquor store
franchise. Ran queries, analyzed results

Kit Carson County Ambulance Service billing to a third party agency saving the

in-house billing. This solution also
eliminated the single point of failure risks we had employing a single
dedicated biller.

a Contract, Grant Funding and IAG tracking spread sheet to report and track all
Kit Carson County Contracts, Intergovernmental Agreements and Grant Contracts
for all offices as required by State Statute.

Major Lease spreadsheet tracking leased assets and associated liability

Changed
Kit Carson County Accounts Payable processing from monthly to weekly processing
returning money to our vendors in a timelier manner and saving late charges
